释义	五公里有轻装和重装，轻装是不用带装具的，重装是要全副武装的，五公里是不用每天跑，新兵不用跑，下连队以后就要跑了，而且训练不单单是五公里，这只是基础体能，还有技能科目和专业科目。法律依据：《中华人民共和国兵役法》第二十一条士兵服现役期满，应当退出现役。因军队编制员额缩减需要退出现役的，经军队医院诊断证明本人健康状况不适合继续服现役的，或者因其他特殊原因需要退出现役的，经师级以上机关批准，可以提前退出现役。士兵退出现役的时间为部队宣布退出现役命令之日。
