释义	法律分析：教龄=现在年号-参加教育工作时年号。由各级各类学校调入上述学校的教师，原专职从事教师工作的年限可与调入后的工作年限合并计算为教龄。民办教师或长期顶编代课教师转为上述学校公办教师后的教龄计算，应按其工龄计算的有关规定办理。教师连续病休超过六个月的时期不计算教龄。领取教龄津贴的教师调离上述学校后，教龄津贴即行取消。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第十六条劳动合同是劳动者与用人单位确立劳动关系、明确双方权利和义务的协议。建立劳动关系应当订立劳动合同。
