释义	法律分析：《民法典》将从2021年1月1日起实施。实施后，我国现行婚姻法、继承法、民法通则、收养法、担保法、合同法、物权法、侵权责任法、民法总则将同时废止。法律依据：《中华人民共和国立法法》第五十七条法律应当明确规定施行日期。第五十八条签署公布法律的主席令载明该法律的制定机关、通过和施行日期。法律签署公布后，及时在全国人民代表大会常务委员会公报和中国人大网以及在全国范围内发行的报纸上刊载。在常务委员会公报上刊登的法律文本为标准文本。
