1、中高风险地区旅居史的来（返）沈人员：需主动向居住地所在社区（村屯）和工作单位报备，一律实施集中隔离医学观察，隔离期限至来（返）沈后满14天，其间进行两次核酸检测。
2、中高风险地区所在市或直辖市的中高风险地区所在区旅居史的来（返）沈人员：需主动向居住地所在社区（村屯）和工作单位报备，尽快到附近核酸采样点进行1次核酸检测，并按要求进行14天健康监测；前往核酸采样的过程中要做好个人防护，避免乘坐地铁、公交车等公共交通工具，保持一米距离，如实告知旅居史。
3、省内外来（返）沈人员：需持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，主动向社区（村屯）、单位和酒店报备，第一时间接受核酸检测，同时开展居家健康监测。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》第十条
国家开展预防传染病的健康教育。新闻媒体应当无偿开展传染病防治和公共卫生教育的公益宣传。
各级各类学校应当对学生进行健康知识和传染病预防知识的教育。
医学院校应当加强预防医学教育和科学研究，对在校学生以及其他与传染病防治相关人员进行预防医学教育和培训，为传染病防治工作提供技术支持。
疾病预防控制机构、医疗机构应当定期对其工作人员进行传染病防治知识、技能的培训。
