释义	法律分析：一般阴阳合同中的阳合同因不体现当事人的真实意思而不发生效力，而阴合同是当事人的真实意思，只要内容合法，同样受到法律保护，是有效的合同。但如果利用阴阳合同实施违法行为，或者以合法的形式掩盖违法的目的，则不仅伪装的阳合同无效，被伪装的阴合同也因内容违法而无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
