释义	法律分析：卖淫嫖娼者，一律收容劳动教育，期限为六个月至两年。明知自己患有梅毒、淋病待严重性病卖淫、嫖娼的，处5年以下有期徒刑、拘投或者管制。组织他人卖淫的，处5年以上10年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
