释义	一夫两妻是属于重婚的。重婚罪是指有配偶又与他人结婚或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为。本罪的主体为一般主体，一是有配偶的人，在夫妻关系存续期间又与他人成立婚姻关系；二是没有配偶的人，明知对方有配偶而与之结婚。【法律依据】《刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
