误导消费者消费违反了消费者权益保护法和广告法。消费者因经营者利用虚假广告或者其他虚假宣传方式提供商品或者服务，其合法权益受到损害的，可以向经营者要求赔偿。
违反限制高消费令后果是什么
1、违反限制高消费令的法律后果一般是行政拘留，情节严重的话会被判刑。对人民法院的判决、裁定有能力执行而拒不执行，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者罚金=情节特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。单位犯前款罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照前款的规定处罚；
2、被执行人违反限制消费令进行消费，属于拒不履行人民法院已经发生法律效力的判决、裁定的行为，人民法院有权适用法律规定对其罚款、拘留，情节严重构成犯罪的，依照法律规定，追究其拒不执行判决、裁定罪的刑事责任；
3、负有协助义务的单位在收到协助执行通知书之后，不履行协助义务，人民法院可以对其予以处罚。

消费者因经营者利用虚假广告或者其他虚假宣传方式提供商品或者服务，其合法权益受到损害的，可以向经营者要求赔偿。广告经营者、发布者发布虚假广告的，消费者可以请求行政主管部门予以惩处。广告经营者、发布者不能提供经营者的真实名称、地址和有效联系方式的，应当承担赔偿责任。
