释义	法律分析：非上市公司在我国的法律上是不允许公司在经营的过程中私自售卖转让公司的股权。那样就会造成违反的行为，会在我国法律上构成罪名。法律依据：《中华人民共和国证券法》第三十九条依法公开发行的股票，应当在依法设立的证券交易所上市交易或者在国务院批准的其他证券交易场所转让。非上市股份有限公司依法公开发行的股票，因其不存在“上市交易”的问题，只可能适用“在国务院批准的其他证券交易场所转让。
