释义	法律分析：我国现行的法律、条例规定中，没有对行政拘留人员逃跑处罚的规定。但从法理上说，行为人逃跑，应该视为时效的中断，找到被处罚人后,直接执行拘留即可。法律依据：《公安机关办理行政案件程序规定》第一百九十四条对被决定行政拘留的人，由作出决定的公安机关送达拘留所执行。对抗拒执行的，可以使用约束性警械。对被决定行政拘留的人，在异地被抓获或者具有其他有必要在异地拘留所执行情形的，经异地拘留所主管公安机关批准，可以在异地执行。
