掌握二手车估价窍门 |

一般情况下，同样品牌、年份、级别的二手车，由于行驶的里数不同、保养的程度不同等因素而卖出不同的价钱。比如，保养得更好、行驶里数更少的那辆车A会比另外一辆车(B)卖出更好的价钱，因为卖的人和买的人都会认为，这样的车，继续使用的时间长，更耐用。
所以，卖A车的人也理所当然要卖个比较好的价钱。此时，似乎已经没有多少讨价还价的余地。但是，如果你将下面这个隐含因素考虑进去，则可能与对方再论价格——尽管A车保养得好，开得里数少，但在保险赔偿方面，与B车却没有多大差别。如果考虑到这个隐含因素，从这个角度去与卖车方协商杀价，兴许会有意外收获呢!
二手车价值常用的计算办法是“4321法”，即第一、二、三、四年分别耗用设备总价值的10分之4、3、2、1。比如，一台工程设备在使用2年后，其残值为10分之2+1。
但针对家用轿车，笔者认为“54321法”更符合实际。具体方法为：一部车有效寿命30万公里，将其分为5段，每段6万公里，每段价值依序为新车价的15分之5、4、3、2、1。假设新车价2万，已行驶12万公里，那么该车还值2万×(3+2+1)÷15=8000。
