释义	法律分析：抵押合同无效的后果：1、无效的合同或被撤销的合同自始没有法律约束力；2、合同无效、被撤销或终止的，不影响合同中独立存在的有关解决争议方法的条款效力；3、合同无效或被撤销后，因该合同取得的财产，予以返还；不能返还或没有必要返还的，应折价补偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百零七条抵押权不得与债权分离而单独转让或者作为其他债权的担保。债权转让的，担保该债权的抵押权一并转让，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
