释义	法律分析：违法。晚上22点至次日6点钟，是法律意义上的“夜间”的定义。“夜间”的噪声排放标准只是比“日间”标准更高而已。无论夜间还是日间的噪声排放标准，其与认定“噪声扰民”存在相关但是并不一定必要的关联。即只要产生了与环境不相适应的噪声排放，而且也产生了居民被干扰的后果，即可认定为“噪声扰民”。　法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第五十八条违反关于社会生活噪声污染防治的法律规定，制造噪声干扰他人正常生活的，处警告;警告后不改正的，处二百元以上五百元以下罚款。
