释义	法律分析：报警后去不去派出所要分情况而定。一般报警后都要去派出所，因为报警后是要录口供做为记录的。也就是说，为了调查案情需要，必须予以配合。录口供要记录记录报案人的名字、报案时间、案件简要情况，指派出警情况等。如果不去配合做笔录，很难起到应有的报案效果法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十一条报案、控告、举报可以用书面或者口头提出。接受口头报案、控告、举报的工作人员，应当写成笔录，经宣读无误后，由报案人、控告人、举报人签名或者盖章。
