释义	一般派出所执行的全国统一的作息时间(早8点到12点，下午2点到6点)，周六和周日只有值班人员，并且上班时间为：早上8:30—下午16:00，不办理业务。但有些地方的派出所周六上班，周日不上班，具体上班时间以各地公安局派出所上班时间为准。法律依据：《国务院关于职工工作时间的规定》第七条国家机关、事业单位实行统一的工作时间，星期六和星期日为周休息日。企业和不能实行前款规定的统一工作时间的事业单位，可以根据实际情况灵活安排周休息日。
