释义	登报声明不慎遗失的营业执照正本作废，然后凭借这份刊登了作废声明的报纸，带上身份证原件和复印件，到市场监督管理局直接办理注销手续。若以后不打算再开公司的话，工商营业执照在每年年检时如果不年检，将会自动注销公司的执照。另外如果公司不再去报税，税务局也会停止公司的税务登记证。法律依据：《个体工商户登记管理办法》第十六条申请个体工商户注销登记，应当提交下列文件：（一）申请人签署的个体工商户注销登记申请书；（二）个体工商户营业执照正本及所有副本；（三）国家工商行政管理总局规定提交的其他文件。
