释义	法律分析：不一样。合同的复印件有法律效力，但是和原件的法律效力不同。如果复印件和原件核对一致，合同的复印件也具有法律效力，但合同复印件的法律效力没有原件高，在当事人提供原件有困难时才可以提供复印件。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第十一条当事人向人民法院提供证据，应当提供原件或者原物。如需自己保存证据原件、原物或者提供原件、原物确有困难的，可以提供经人民法院核对无异的复制件或者复制品。
