释义	重婚各国的规定是：1、在《中华人民共和国婚姻法》明令禁止重婚，任何人都不得同时有两个或两个以上的配偶，一切公开的或变相的一夫多妻、一妻多夫的结合都是非法的。2、《日本民法典》中规定有配偶者，不得重婚。3、美国《统一结婚离婚法》把一方尚未离婚而又与他人结婚规定为属于禁止结婚的情况之一。根据《婚姻法》第四十六条，有下列情形之一，导致离婚的，无过错方有权请求损害赔偿：1、重婚的；2、有配偶者与他人同居的；3、实施家庭暴力的；4、虐待、遗弃家庭成员的。
