释义	刑事诉讼中的司法协助指我国司法机关与外国司法机关之间，根据相互缔结的条约或者参加的国际条约以及互惠原则，互相协助，代为进行某些刑事诉讼行为的活动。刑事司法协助的内容主要包括引渡，代为送达文书，代为调查取证，互相委托进行鉴定、勘验、检查、搜查和扣押，互相代为通知证人、鉴定人出庭，互相移交物证、书证等证据。【法律依据】《刑事诉讼法》第十七条，根据中华人民共和国缔结或者参加的国际条约，或者按照互惠原则，我国司法机关和外国司法机关可以相互请求刑事司法协助。
