释义	法律分析：债权转让的效力是，如果是依据债权的性质，法律的规定或者当事人的约定，是可以转让的，并且及时通知债务人的，则该转让行为有效。如果未通知债务人的，或者属于不能转让的债权的，则转让行为无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
