释义	债权转让合同可以附条件生效。法律没有限制规定说转让债权不能附条件，根据意思自治的原则和法无明文禁止则自由的原则。债权人可以将合同的权利全部或者部分转让给第三人，但债权人转让债权的应当通知债务人，没有通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生法律效力。【法律依据】根据2021年1月1日起施行生效的《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十八条民事法律行为可以附条件，但是根据其性质不得附条件的除外。附生效条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时生效。附解除条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时失效。
