释义	法律分析：受托人不需要到场，但委托人必须到场。办理委托书公证应由委托人持本人身份证、户口簿等身份证明材料，带上委托书到公证处，在公证员面前亲自在委托书上签名按指印。委托书一般要写清楚委托人、受托人的个人信息(姓名、性别、出生日期、现住址、身份证号码、联系电话等)、委托原因、委托事项、委托期限、是否有转委托权等等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第二十六条自然人、法人或者其他组织可以委托他人办理公证，但遗嘱、生存、收养关系等应当由本人办理公证的除外。
