释义	法律分析：三天试用期不可以不给工资。根据相关法律的规定，劳动者可以根据自己的情况在试用期内解除劳动关系，对于自己辞职的情况，用工单位可以不给予经济补偿，但是仍然应该按照劳动者在试用期内实际工作的天数支付相应的工资。用工单位不能因为劳动者仅仅试工了几天或者自己辞职为由拒绝支付或者克扣劳动者的工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条　劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
