释义	法律分析：父母欠债是不会冻结子女财产的，法院只能对父母名下的财产进行查封、冻结。但是，如果父母欠债后，把自己房产赠与或者低价卖给子女，并过户给了成年子女。债权人可以申请法院撤销赠与合同或者买卖合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百三十九条债务人以明显不合理的低价转让财产、以明显不合理的高价受让他人财产或者为他人的债务提供担保，影响债权人的债权实现，债务人的相对人知道或者应当知道该情形的，债权人可以请求人民法院撤销债务人的行为。
