释义	信用卡套现是违法的。违反国家规定，利用销售点终端机具，通过虚构交易、虚假价格、现金退货等方式直接向信用卡持卡人支付现金。情节严重的，以非法经营罪定罪处罚。违反国家规定，未经国家有关主管部门批准，非法经营证券、期货、保险业务，或者非法从事资金支付结算业务的；其他严重扰乱市场秩序的非法经营行为，扰乱市场秩序，情节严重的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处一倍以上五倍以下罚款；情节特别严重的，处五年以上有期徒刑，处违法所得一倍以上五倍以下罚金或者没收财产。
