问题	常住户口是本地户口吗
释义	常住户口不是本地户口，但享有同样的权益。最为常见的例子即是户口依然在老家，但人因婚姻、工作等原因，已经在其他城市长期居住的情况，此时本地户口的概念与老家所在地对应，常住户口的概念则与新的生活居住的城市对应。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第六条　公民应当在经常居住的地方登记为常住人口，一个公民只能在一个地方登记为常住人口。
