释义	法律分析：继承公证没有时间限制，继承公证书一直有效。继承开始后，遗产分配完毕前，继承人都有权要求依法获得分配。但超过法定期限的，当事人不能再通过到法院诉讼的方式处理，只能自行协商处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十九条公证遗嘱由遗嘱人经公证机构办理。第一千一百三十八条遗嘱人在危急情况下，可以立口头遗嘱。口头遗嘱应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。危急情况消除后，遗嘱人能够以书面或者录音录像形式立遗嘱的，所立的口头遗嘱无效。
