劳动报酬条款主要包括以下几个方面:(1)工资分配制度、工资标准和工资分配形式;(2)工资支付办法;(3)加班、加点工资及津贴、补贴标准和奖金分配办法;(4)工资调整办法;(5)试用期及病、事假等期间的工资待遇;(6)特殊情况下职工工资(生活费)支付办法;(7)其他劳动报酬分配办法。劳动合同中有关劳动报酬条款的约定,要符合我国有关最低工资标准的规定。
