释义	法律分析：注册商标需要办理变更注册人的名义、地址或者其他注册事项的，应当提出变更申请。申请人已经提交注册申请但尚未获准注册的，其名义、地址或者其他注册事项发生变更的，可以向商标局申请办理相应的变更手续。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法实施条例》第十四条申请商标注册的，申请人应当提交其身份证明文件。商标注册申请人的名义与所提交的证明文件应当一致。前款关于申请人提交其身份证明文件的规定适用于向商标局提出的办理变更、转让、续展、异议、撤销等其他商标事宜。
