释义	法律分析: 义务兵2年内都没有探亲假。新兵不能探家的，因为现在义务兵是两年，一般情况下不允许探家，是条令上明文规定。有几种情况特殊直系亲属去世，找关系，.家中遭受重大自然灾害。法律依据: 《中国人民解放军现役军官休假探亲规定》第八条服现役不满20年或者服役和参加工作不满20年的军官，每年休假20天；服现役满20年以上或者服现役和参加工作满20年以上的军官，每年休假30天。军队院校毕业或者地方普通高等学校毕业入伍的军官，从第二年起安排休假。
