释义	法律分析：所谓提级执行是指上级法院对下级法院不便执行或有执行障碍以及没能在规定执行期限内执结的案件，提到本院予以执行的制度。该制度为我国民诉法新增制度之一，与督促执行制度、指令执行制度共同构成法院执行监督体系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百二十六条人民法院自收到申请执行书之日起超过六个月未执行的，申请执行人可以向上一级人民法院申请执行。上一级人民法院经审查，可以责令原人民法院在一定期限内执行，也可以决定由本院执行或者指令其他人民法院执行。
