释义	法律分析：违法，盗用他人的产品合格证后，生产销售假冒伪劣商品的，工商及有关部门会没收行为人生产、销售的产品，并处以相应的罚款处罚，由违法所得的没收违法所得，如情节严重的，还会受到吊销营业执照的处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国产品质量法》第五十三条　伪造产品产地的，伪造或者冒用他人厂名、厂址的，伪造或者冒用认证标志等质量标志的，责令改正，没收违法生产、销售的产品，并处违法生产、销售产品货值金额等值以下的罚款；有违法所得的，并处没收违法所得；情节严重的，吊销营业执照。
