释义	法律分析：通常而言，月工资就是月工资，每月不管30还是31天，都是按一个月算的。特殊的2月份，只有28或29天，但也一样按30天的月工资算的。因为我们计算工资的方式不是按日计而是按月计，如果你是日结工资，当然是按天数计算了，可是你是月结工资，那么应当每月工资数额是固定的，不会因为当月天数的多少而变化。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十一条法定节假日用人单位应当依法支付工资，即折算日工资、小时工资时不剔除国家规定的11天法定节假日。
