释义	法律分析: 财务账本属于涉税资料中的主要会计档案，应当保存30年，其他辅助会计资料的最低保管期限延长至10年。财务资本是指由一定格式的账页组成的，以经过审核的会计凭证为依据，全面、系统、连续地记录各项经济业务的簿籍。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第六十一条扣缴义务人未按照规定设置、保管代扣代缴、代收代缴税款帐簿或者保管代扣代缴、代收代缴税款记帐凭证及有关资料的，由税务机关责令限期改正，可以处二千元以下的罚款;情节严重的，处二千元以上五千元以下的罚款。
