释义	刑法的结合犯具体如下： 1、结合犯所结合的数罪，原为刑法上数个独立的犯罪； 2、第一种类型：牵连型的结合犯。即数个犯罪行为之间有目的行为与手段行为或结果行为的牵连关系，也就是行为人目的在于实施一罪，而以另一犯罪行为为手段，或目的在于实施一罪，而结果行为又相成另一罪； 3、第二种类型：包容型的结合犯。即行为人在实施某一犯罪过程中，又实施了另一犯罪，但是刑法明确规定，其中的一罪被另“罪所包容，以致结合成一罪，而不用实行数罪并罚。
