释义	法律分析: 甲、乙双方经平等协商一致，达成如下协议，在履行协议的过程中，甲、乙双方应严格遵守，若有违约应按合同约定赔偿对方由此导致的经济损失。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百六十七条合伙合同是两个以上合伙人为了共同的事业目的，订立的共享利益、共担风险的协议。第九百六十八条合伙人应当按照约定的出资方式、数额和缴付期限，履行出资义务。第九百六十九条合伙人的出资、因合伙事务依法取得的收益和其他财产，属于合伙财产。合伙合同终止前，合伙人不得请求分割合伙财产。
