无证驾驶交强险是否赔付 |

无证驾驶发生交通事故，交强险是不理赔的。根据法律相关规定，因无证驾驶造成的交通事故，保险公司可以在交强险责任范围内先垫付相关的抢救费，但保险公司垫付了抢救费以后，可以向致害人追偿。
交通事故全责索赔流程是什么
1、遇到交通事故，先报警，再向保险公司报案理赔，也可以直接先向保险公司报案理赔；
2、对于只有外观损失的轻微交通事故，保险公司的定损员也可以当场定损，涉及三赔时也可以当场赔付；
3、保险金额和损失金额确定后，收集维修发票、银行卡、理赔等一开始没有收到的资料；
4、资料齐全，确定责任后，提交上级领导审核，通过后进行汇款结算。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十八条
机动车所有人、管理人未按照国家规定投保机动车第三者责任强制保险的，由公安机关交通管理部门扣留车辆至依照规定投保后，并处依照规定投保最低责任限额应缴纳的保险费的二倍罚款。
依照前款缴纳的罚款全部纳入道路交通事故社会救助基金。具体办法由国务院规定。
第一百零一条
违反道路交通安全法律、法规的规定，发生重大交通事故，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任，并由公安机关交通管理部门吊销机动车驾驶证。
造成交通事故后逃逸的，由公安机关交通管理部门吊销机动车驾驶证，且终生不得重新取得机动车驾驶证。
