释义	法律分析：合同有效。故意隐瞒与订立合同有关的重要事实，除损害国家利益的合同以外，都是有效的。但是，当事人可以要求撤销合同。当事人请求变更的，人民法院或者仲裁机构不得撤销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十条一方或者第三人以胁迫手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受胁迫方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
