释义	维修期间的物业费应当由开发商承受。物业服务收费通常是从交房开始算漏改起，业主确认收房拿到钥匙起开始要交纳物业费。房屋质量是开发商与房主之间的保修职责，物业费是物业公司提供物业服务的经营，房屋质量和物业费不相关。但是因为房虚桐屋质量问题导致不能及时交房，相关的损失和费用需要由开发商承担。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百四十四条业主应当按照约定向物业服务人支付物业费。物业服务人已经按照约定和有关规定提供服务的，业主不得以未接受或者无需接受相关返誉判物业服务为由拒绝支付物业费。
