释义	法律分析：如果犯罪嫌疑人死亡，应当经过侦查弄清事实，如不是被立案侦查的犯罪嫌疑人实施的，或者共同犯罪案件中部分犯罪嫌疑人不够刑事处罚的，应当对有关犯罪嫌疑人终止侦查，并对该案件继续侦查。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第十五条如果犯罪嫌疑人在报案之前死亡的，公安机关不应立案。如果在公安或者检察院侦查阶段死亡的，侦查机关应予撤销案件，在审查起诉阶段的，应作出不起诉决定，如果在法院审判阶段死亡的，则应终止审理，或者宣告无罪。
