释义	法律分析：股票分红属于利好消息，但是这是基于公司有个好业绩，股民可以因为公司的好业绩而获得利润。如果公司业绩较差，那么股票分红就是利空消息，分出去的红利越多，除权后股价就下跌的越多，甚至于后市的价格很难涨回到除权前的价格。法律依据：《公司法》第三十四条股东按照实缴的出资比例分取红利；公司新增资本时，股东有权优先按照实缴的出资比例认缴出资。但是，全体股东约定不按照出资比例分取红利或者不按照出资比例优先认缴出资的除外。第三十五条公司成立后，股东不得抽逃出资。
