释义	法律分析：不合法。农村土地使用权年限，显然是不能永远转让的。农村土地的使用权不是永久拥有的，只限于合同规定的期限内，并且耕地不可以超过法定的30年，林地不超过70年。法律依据：《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》第四条农村土地承包后，土地的所有权性质不变。承包地不得买卖。第二十一条耕地的承包期为三十年。草地的承包期为三十年至五十年。林地的承包期为三十年至七十年。前款规定的耕地承包期届满后再延长三十年，草地、林地承包期届满后依照前款规定相应延长。
