释义	法律分析：质押需要登记，质押登记后，可以对抗善意第三人。一般情况下，动产质押，原则上不需要登记，只需签订质押合同，将质物交付给质权人占有，质权即设立。但是未经登记不得对抗第三人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百二十五条为担保债务的履行，债务人或者第三人将其动产出质给债权人占有的，债务人不履行到期债务或者发生当事人约定的实现质权的情形，债权人有权就该动产优先受偿。前款规定的债务人或者第三人为出质人，债权人为质权人，交付的动产为质押财产。
