释义	法律分析：如果是在同一个地点并且是同一个时间的违规停车的，是不可以连续处罚的，但是如果是同一个地点不是同一个时间段被开了罚单，比如当事人开走了，没过两天又开回原来的地方还是违停，那么是可以再次罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十三条机动车驾驶人不在现场或者虽在现场但拒绝立即驶离，妨碍其他车辆、行人通行的，处20元以上200元以下罚款。《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》第二十四条对当事人的同一违法行为，不得给予两次以上罚款的行政处罚。
