释义	法律分析：用人单位推迟发工资是违法行为。用人单位必须按时足额发放工资。如果用人单位无故推迟工资，劳动者可以向劳动行政部门投诉。但如果公司说明了原因，可以适当等待一段时间。如果过了约定的时间还不发，则可以进行投诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
