释义	根据《民法典》第一千二百五十条的规定： 1、因第三人过错致使动物造成他人损害的，被侵权人可以向动物饲养人或管理人请求赔偿，也可以向第三人请求赔偿。动物饲养人或管理人赔偿后，有权向第三人追偿。 2、第三人承担的是过错责任，动物饲养人或管理人承担的是无过错责任，因为动物本身存在一定的危险性，在其危险性与第三人的行为结合时才对他人造成侵害。但是如果第三人将动物当做物件抛出给他人造成侵害，其行为没有与动物的危险性结合，则不能要求动物饲养人或管理人承担责任。法律依据《民法典》第一千二百五十条
