问题	公开的专利可以使用么？
释义	专利保护到期后，会公开专利，公开的专利不能再申请专利权的，专利管理部门不会受理专利申桐灶请。法局毁扮律依据: 《中华人民共和国专利法》第四十二条发明专利权的期限为二十余誉年，实用新型专利权的期限为十年，外观设计专利权的期限为十五年，均自申请日起计算。自发明专利申请日起满四年，且自实质审查请求之日起满三年后授予发明专利权的，国务院专利行政部门应专利权人的请求，就发明专利在授权过程中的不合理延迟给予专利权期限补偿，但由申请人引起的不合理延迟除外。
