释义	对于申请文件中存在的可以通过补正方式消除的缺陷，申请人根据审查员的补正通知书进行修改。申请人对其发明或实用新型专利申请文件的修改不得超出原说明书和权利要求书记载的范围，对外观设计专利申请文件的修改不得超出原图片或者照片表示的范围。发明或者实用新型专利申请的说明书或者权利要求书的修改部分，除个别文字修改或者增删外，应当按照规定格式提交替换页。外观设计专利申请的图片或者照片的修改，应当按照规定提交替换页。同时，需附具规定格式的补正书。
