法律分析：个体工商户应当于每年的1月1日至5月31日到核发营业执照的工商行政管理机关或者工商行政管理机关委托的工商所验照。申请验照须提交下列材料：（一）《个体工商户验照报告表》；（二）营业执照正、副本；（三）工商行政管理机关要求提交的其他材料。
法律依据：《个体工商户验照办法》
第四条 个体工商户应当于每年的1月1日至5月31日到核发营业执照的工商行政管理机关或者工商行政管理机关委托的工商所验照。
个体工商户可以书面委托他人代办验照。受托人代办申请验照时，需提交委托书、受托人身份证明文件及复印件、委托人的身份证明文件及复印件。
个体工商户在停业期间应当参加验照；在验照期间要求停业的个体工商户，应当先验照后停业。
第五条 个体工商户申请验照须提交下列材料：
（一）《个体工商户验照报告表》；
（二）营业执照正、副本；
（三）工商行政管理机关要求提交的其他材料。
工商行政管理机关在验照期间，依法要求个体工商户说明有关情况并提交其他有关材料，个体工商户应当予以说明并提交。
个体工商户应当对提交的验照申请材料的真实性负责。
