释义	不是必须要本人向法院起诉。如果因身体状况、路途遥远、没有时间等各种原因，起诉方本人无法到法院提交诉讼材料的，可以委托律师或者近亲属代理办理起诉手续，办理起诉时应当出示委托书。《民事诉讼法》第六十一条当事人、法定代理人可以委托一至二人作为诉讼代理人。下列人员可以被委托为诉讼代理人：（一）律师、基层法律服务工作者；（二）当事人的近亲属或者工作人员；（三）当事人所在社区、单位以及有关社会团体推荐的公民。
